Job Description :

1. To enable integrated delivery of quality healthcare services through human resource management that is progressive and infuses right organizational culture.
2. To induct people who have a positive attitude towards the hospital, customers, colleagues and able to provide quality service.
3. To ensure that the employees are selected and trained to progress in their career based on their skills and performance without discrimination.
4. To provide an environment of safety and pleasure at work place.
5. To ensure that the employees are motivated to excel at their work area through effective appraisal and reward systems.
6. To train the employees for achieving the optimal performance level.
7. To provide career opportunity and groom them to succeed in attaining the best of their potentials.
8. To communicate effectively with all employees of the hospital and resolve the differences, if any.
9. To conduct HR meetings periodically and settle employee grievances.
10. To liaise with the HODs in respect of manpower requirement and their training needs.
11. To be responsible to the management, as an advisory, in personnel matters and assist in formulating the policies, rules, disciplinary actions etc.
12. To implement and comply statutory provisions, rules and regulations governing general management.
13. To manage salary/ wage administration, performance appraisal and promotion etc. with the approval of the Managing Director.
14. To maintain the administrative documents correctly and ensure the confidentiality of the classified material.
15. Shall represent the hospital as and when required and directed by the management.
16. Any other responsibility assigned by the management is to be carried out
